As the Government Affairs Associate, Noa assists with guidance and strategy development for government affairs clients. She is responsible for researching and analyzing information to enable strategic decision-making, anticipating client future needs, and critical thinking to prepare for any challenges that may arise.

Noa works on a multitude of projects from drafting sustainability reports, to tracking and analyzing rulemakings at the state and federal level. She has also assisted with business development strategies and participated in creative campaign buildout. She works with numerous clients, including Coloradans for Responsible Energy Development (CRED), Bayswater Production & Exploration, and Merrick & Co.

Noa has a B.A. in Political Economy from Tulane University in New Orleans with a focus on Environmental Economics, and a minor in graphic and architectural design. She also has an A.A. in Political Science from Community College of Denver. She has accumulated firsthand knowledge of political strategy and processes from working for a diverse range of political interest groups. Noa is a Colorado native, but has spent time living in Chicago, New Orleans, and overseas in Denmark. During her time away from the office, Noa volunteers for a local animal rescue, enjoys hiking in the mountains, and trying out new recipes.
