Erin Louet

As the Government Affairs Manager for Pac/West Strategies, Erin oversees government affairs projects and leverages her policy experience to meet the needs of the firm’s diverse set of clients, which include educational and political campaigns, strategic communication, community outreach, coalition management and development, and government relations.

Erin joined Pac/West in January of 2024 and has a background working in political strategy, government relations, and policy research around state and federal governments. Most recently, Erin served as Pac/West’s Senior Government Affairs Associate, supporting government affairs and campaign projects and strategy. She previously worked as a Policy Analyst at the National Conference of State Legislatures, focusing on research and analysis for issue areas including broadband technology, telecommunications and home financing. She also worked in government relations at the non-profit level, developing strategies for regulatory and legislative initiatives for tax policy and occupational licensing issues. Erin began her career in the Michigan House of Representatives as a Legislative Aide, where she gained insight into legislatures and their processes, and worked as a congressional intern in Lansing, Michigan in 2019.

Erin obtained her B.A. in International Relations with a minor in French from Michigan State University. She enjoys spending her free time outdoors skiing, hiking and playing ice hockey. She is an avid reader and loves to spend time with her family and friends.
