Collette Wiederrich

Collette serves as Pac/West Strategies Manager of Administration, handling the firm’s internal administration needs, including human resources, vendor management, and all core processes. Collette joins the firm after two years managing human resources and customer experience for Columbia Sportswear in Portland, Oregon. While with Columbia Sportswear, Collette was responsible for daily operations including new hire on-boarding, training and development and store administration for the company’s largest retail store.

Prior to joining Pac/West Strategies and Columbia Sportswear, Collette spent a decade with Holland America Line as a sea-going employee. Sailing the world onboard the vessels, Collette managed the youth program and later the shore excursion team. For both teams, Collette was responsible not only for daily operations and internal administration, but also staff and participant safety and most importantly–fun. During this decade of travel-based work, Collette was successful in venturing to all seven continents, including Antarctica.

Collette has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and Art History from Pacific University where she met firm President, Mark Truax.
