Coloradans for Energy Access (CEA) advocates for affordable, reliable energy solutions across the state. As Colorado’s energy policy landscape continued to evolve, the coalition recognized an opportunity to expand its reach by refreshing its engagement strategies, updating communications tools, and growing its membership. To advance its mission in a landscape that is consistently evolving, CEA engaged Pac/West Strategies to lead operations and chart a refreshed strategic course.
Our Strategy

The Results
Since engaging Pac/West Strategies as general management consultant, CEA has significantly expanded its reach and influence. With data-driven messaging and a revitalized communications strategy, the coalition has grown membership, visibility, and impact—hosting educational events, launching new platforms, and seizing opportunities to advocate for natural gas as a key part of Colorado’s energy future.
