Challenge
Coloradans for Energy Access (CEA)—a diverse coalition comprised of residents, businesses, and community leaders, advocating for affordable, reliable energy including natural gas—had established a solid organizational foundation since forming in 2022. As Colorado’s energy policy landscape continued to evolve, the coalition recognized an opportunity to expand its reach by refreshing its public engagement strategies, updating communications tools, and growing its membership. To advance its mission in a changing landscape, CEA engaged Pac/West Strategies to lead operations and chart a refreshed strategic course.

Since engaging Pac/West Strategies as general management consultant, CEA has significantly expanded its reach and influence. With data-driven messaging and a revitalized communications strategy, the coalition has grown membership, visibility, and impact—hosting educational events, launching new platforms, and seizing opportunities to advocate for natural gas as a key part of Colorado’s energy future.
