Emma Godfrey
Executive Assistant
Emma Godfrey is an experienced Executive Assistant with a reputation for keeping leadership teams organized and moving forward in fast-paced environments. At Pac/West Strategies, she supports the President & CEO by managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, and preparing materials. Godfrey also plans and executes internal and client facing meetings and events, making sure all details and needs are met. Godfrey serves as the main point of contact for clients, staff, and partners, helping keep communication clear and timely. Godfrey is known for anticipating needs, staying ahead of deadlines, and keeping leadership focused on their highest priorities.
Before joining Pac/West Strategies, Godfrey was an Executive Assistant at Echelon Insights, where she partnered with senior leadership to create systems that improved workflows, supported research projects, and ensured client deliverables stayed on track. She also coordinated meetings, prepared materials, and tracked follow-ups. Godfrey also contributed to office operations and team engagement initiatives.
Earlier in her career, Godfrey worked at the Republican National Committee as the Operations Director and Executive Assistant to the Chief Data Officer, as well as a Regional Analytics Coordinator. She managed complex schedules, tracked budgets, and helped coordinate strategic initiatives for the department. Godfrey also led recruitment and onboarding, organized department-wide meetings, and coordinated internal and external events. As a Regional Analytics Coordinator, Godfrey led a multi month polling analysis project, worked with campaigns, sister committees, and state parties to maintain voter data, and was deployed for the 2022 Georgia Senate runoff election to assist with voter outreach efforts in the field.
A Colorado native, Godfrey graduated from Dickinson College with a B.A. in Political Science, where she played varsity Field Hockey and Lacrosse. Outside of work, she enjoys skiing, golfing, playing tennis, traveling, and spending time on the water with her family and friends.
